My approach to closed deals
Every case isn't a number, it's a family. I work with each client so that 6 months after closing I can honestly ask "Everything good?" — and get "Yes". That means:
- Don't rush buyers — better skip a house than buy a wrong one
- Don't hide flaws — every home has issues, I disclose them
- Help with inspection and negotiations — part of my job, not extra service
- Stay in touch post-closing — recommendations for contractors, insurance, taxes
- Respect for native language — all consultations in your language
